Before preparing your presentation and before coming to the CEECHE 2016, please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines.
All posters should be displayed for the whole Conference period and presented in one of the two Poster viewing sessions scheduled as follows:
Poster authors / presenters are expected to be present by their posters during the Poster sessions assigned to them (data were provided by email to all the presenting authors) to present their work and answer questions.
Poster Area will be located on the foyer of the Meeting room Prague A and B.
The maximum dimensions of your poster are 90 cm x 120 cm (portrait orientation).
In order to fit the poster board, your poster should not exceed the recommended size. Prepare your material beforehand so that it will fit neatly into the space available and can be easily attached to the board. Thin cardboard is more suitable than paper. The Congress organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and on-site assistance will be available to help you display your poster.
Posters will be displayed on the poster boards;each will be given a specific number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster presentation (e. g. P 01, P 02 etc… sent by email).
Poster area will be open for poster mounting on Sunday, April 10 from 17:00 to 19:00 and on Monday, April 11 from 08:00 to 11:00. All posters will be displayed for the whole Conference period.
All materials must be removed by the owner of the poster on Wednesday, after 18:00 (after the Poster session 2).
The Conference organizers cannot accept responsibility for any material left behind. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to those posters that are not removed by authors within the times of dismantling as indicated above, posters left behind will be automatically destroyed.
Oral presentations are always accompanied by PowerPoint presentations. The speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc…). Once on-site, every speaker should also verify in the Final program and Presentations changes schedule (Registration area) that the name of the room and the time of the session have not changed.
All presentations and questions must be delivered in English, as English is the official language of the Conference.
Time reserved for your presentation is: 25/20 minutes – 20 minutes for speech and 5 minutes for discussion (15 + 5 minutes in Sessions 6 and 7)
Please make sure your presentation is in a commonly compatible format. Please prepare your presentation preferably using PowerPoint version 2016, 2013 or 2010 (although versions 2007 / 2003 are also supported). Supported file types:
Screens´ format is 16:9. Presentations prepared in 4:3 format can be shown too, but will not be shown full screen.
Do not forget, when saving your final presentation to CD or USB stick, to make sure to include your video files if having any and all links to these multimedia files. Wi-Fi / Internet connection in the meeting rooms is not provided.
Your presentation must be handed over to the personnel in the particular lecture room where your presentation should take place, either with a USB stick, as far in advance as possible and two hours before the beginning of each of your dedicated sessions at the latest. Please, keep in mind the presentations can only be downloaded during Coffee breaks and breaks between Sessions.
In both lecture rooms you will be assisted by a technician, who will help you to download your presentation to the local device. The rooms will be accessible every day 1 hour before the program start.
Once the presentation is launched on the computer in the respective lecture room, you will advance your own slides using the remote control. Please, do NOT come at the last minute with your own computer into the lecture room: you will NOT BE ABLE to connect it. Also, please note, all presentations must be downloaded beforehand and between breaks. Interrupting a session is NOT POSSIBLE.
