For Speakers

Speakers are requested to hand in a copy of their presentation (on USB stick or CD) a minimum of 2 hours before the start of their session to the speaker preview room. There will be PC and Mac available for checking the presentation as well as an IT assistant to help speakers with potential problems.

The computers used for projection are: PC with Windows XP, PowerPoint 2007 and MacPro with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, PowerPoint 2008, KeyNote'09. Please, do not forget to bring the movies used in the presentation in separate files (not only the *.ppt or *.pptx file).

In order to keep up with the conference schedule and avoid unnecessary delays when swapping speakers it is not possible to use your own laptop for the projection.

For Poster Presenters

Posters should be mounted on:
Thursday April 29, 2010 (15:00 – 16:30)
Friday April 30, 2010 (08:00 – 09:00)

Dismantled on:
Monday May, 3, 2010 (15:00 – 17:00)

Pins/velcro for mounting posters will be available at the Poster area.

Poster dimensions (visible part of poster board):
Height: 130 cm x Width: 97 cm (Portrait format)

Please note that commercial sponsors can be acknowledged, but their logos must not be prominent on the posters.
