100% on the receipt an invoice

All payments must be received before the start date of the event. If the Exhibitor fails to complete payments before the event commences, the Organizer will be entitled to cancel the reservation which will be subject to the cancellation fees shown below.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

The organizers will retain:

  • 25% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made before August 15, 2009, inclusive
  • 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made between August 16, 2009 and October 15, 2009, inclusive
  • 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made after October 16, 200
