GUIDELINES

Please note the programme is tentative and will be developed from received abstracts. All participants are invited by scientific committee to submit an abstract.

In order to standardise the abstract layout we ask you to read the preparation guidelines at this link carefully!!! Avoid submission within 48 hours of the deadline for best system performance.

  • Abstract can be submitted only via internet.
  • Abstract submitted by fax, post or by email will not be accepted.
  • Each participant submitting an abstract is requested to register for the meeting before abstract submission.
  • All abstract must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Maximum of 300 words - 15 lines (3000 characters including spaces, but excluding the title and the authors).
  • Meeting topics should be concise, related to the meeting topics and not previously presented or published.
  • They must be   publication-ready. No reformating or retyping will be undertaken.
  • Avoid complex mathematical formulae, Greek letters and symbols. Instead of IFN-ß use IFN-b or IFN-beta.
  • The Scientific Committee will select abstract for oral and poster presentation.
  • Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
  • Objectives, 
    Methods, 
    Results, 
    Conclusion
  • Abstract should be informative and not just promising further investigations.
  • Although authors chosen for oral presentation may state their preference for inclusion in specific session the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.
  • Authors are requested to select a topic under which they wish their abstract to be reviewed.
  • After having submitted your abstract you will receive a confirmation by email with the Reference number of your abstract (for correspondence and questions that may  arise). Please make sure to state your correct email adress.
  • You can also edit already submitted abstract directly on symposium website using your login name and password.
  • After scientific committee evaluation all accepted abstract authors will be notified by email.
  • You can submit and edit your abstract via the website until February 15, 2008.
