The Online Meeting Hub will be available as Wednesday 11 November. From this day onwards the virtual platform will be accessible from the IPC 2020 homepage as well as the Conference Portal.
Please log in using the same details used for registration via the homepage. You will then be directed to the Online Conference Platform Hub.
The official time zone of the IPC 2020 Conference is Central European Time (GMT+1). The official programme will start on Wednesday, November 11, at 8:00 am through to 6:00 pm. To see when the Conference starts in your time zone or view your local time of an individual session use the following tool:
A. When clicking on an individual session, each session includes a link to convert to your local time.
B. Also note that if you are a speaker you will also receive an email with a calendar invite including your local time for the session (this email will be sent on Monday).

We understand that for such an international online meeting some sessions may not be at your most preferred time with existing commitments or your individual time zone. Fortunately, all attendees will have on demand access to sessions with live sessions being recorded and made available for viewing shortly after the live session to registered participants. You will also be able to participate in the session forums after the live session with any questions or comments sent to moderators and speakers. On demand access will be available following the event for 6 months within the Online Conference Platform for registered participants only.

You can always contact our partners from their Virtual Booth, either live with those having a chat function, or by sending an email visible in the company details. Attend the scheduled INDUSTRY SESSIONS to stay updated on latest developments and hot topics in the field.
*A lead retrieval system is in place for an exhibition / symposia. Agreeing to submit your data / dropping your virtual business card automatically means that you consent to share your data (name, institute or company, country, and email address) with that third party. You are agreeing that those third parties receive your personal data and use it to communicate with you about their products.
Please note that any registrations received without payment being finalized will not be able to log into the Online Conference Platform. If not done so already you will be able to finalize your payment by card via the online registration prior to and even after the start or completion of the Conference to access on demand services. Log-in is provided upon receipt of payment.
All registered delegates present online are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates can be downloaded from the Online Meeting Portal after the Conference.
